Just a word to the wise for you boys. If you're not wearing an orange floater suit, you're gonna get pulled over. If you're pulled over, you'd better have a lifejacket that actually fits and can be zipped up, or you'll get ticketed and pulled off the water. Don't do dumb stuff.

Saw it happen on the weekend.

Just so you are up to date on floater suits they don't have to be orange anymore to be legal. Can be green, blue ,red....... The # one thing they were looking at was boats with no # on the side of it. That is a big No No.and then PFD's

They are doing what they always do; draining funds from the public through any means possible. Our Federally Incorporated Provincial/Municipal/City legal structure is nothing more than a giant collection agency for the foreign owned Bank of Canada/ Federal Reserve cartel. All legislative /executive /summary conviction based /equity/admiralty law systems designed by the financial elite to CONTROL through financial/social engineering. Almost all statute legal systems are CONTRACTUAL based and are enforced through courts of COMMERCIAL/ INTERNATIONAL jurisdiction where you have no "rights", only "priveleges" assigned by the government. Under the old "common law" there had to be an injured party to be a violation in law. ( See criminal code violations) Exactly WHO is the injured party if I dont have the right sized fire extinguisher on my boat.( which is ,by the way , what my buddy got a $250 fine for on Sat) I know I will be asked for PROOF of this so I will ask this in advance. PROVE that I am WRONG. Free country my a$$.

So that black boat that the coppers almost retired on was you guys?, or you buddy? Man, that guy practically came onto the boat and had lunch he was there so friggin' long. Funny, we watched you for almost an hour figuring' that we were next on the hit parade. Gave us the once over twice on Saturday, but never dropped by to say "hi".

http://www.struggle.ws/wsm/international.html

Just gave you the link for your rant.

Funny thing with the OPP is, a couple years back, out on the boat with the kids no less, the same cop pulled us over twice in the space of four hours, each time asking for safety equipment. He was a little embarassed the second time around, probably 'cause I acted so hurt he didn 't remember me. Next time I get pulled over, I'm gonna get the guys to pose for pictures with me and ask for autographs.

Anarchy. I am not a proponent. Just because I don't believe we have a responsible government does not mean I believe in anarchy. However if given a choice between total anarchy and total government control I choose total anarchy. Most people have no clue what it is I was speaking of in my previous post. By the way, if your vote actually made a difference it would have been made illegal a long time ago. Want to see something that will really chap your hide look up SILENT WEAPONS FOR QUIET WARS in a general search.

I used to say lots of positive things on this board. I got attacked more for that. By the way, critisising me by accusing me of being unhappy isn't positive either so if you don't have anything positive to say then take your mother's advice and say nothing. Didn't anyone tell you that "two wrongs don't make a right" By the way I get frequent compliments from people I meet for saying the things others are afraid to say. I got a private e-mail the other day that said " I like your no bull---- approach to comments on the board, it's refreshing to see someone speak the truth". Hey, according to my critics you can't stop people from spreading info on the net so why try. So what would you like to talk about ,HOCKEY. I think the info in SILENT WEAPOPNS FOR QUIET WARS is more important. Why don't you read it . It may interest you. The original post was about cops giving out tickets. There's a far deeper issue behind this practice. It's about control and so is SILENT WEAPONS. Albert Einstien said "The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of people who are evil, but because of people who don't do anything about it." I'm very positive. Positive we are getting screwed. "No one is more hopelessly enslaved than one who falsely believes he is free."

Well I got a e-mail from others (2) on the board that thought that I was correct in my opinion about people giving info on fishing and what works.I told this one guy not to get into a pissin match with you over this thing, because he has been a long time member ,and posts alot.I hate to see someone else getting chastized by you when I started this .
But ,I see now that a few more are coming out to voice their opinions on this.Other than Capt Hank,I haven`t seen anyone that has the same views as you.Where are all these supporters of the "don`t give out any fishing info"???

If you got a ticket for violating the law, is that the police offcers fault?

Now before anyone flies off the handle, "you" is a generalization, not directed at anyone in particular.

The laws are pretty straight forward, anyone who invests thousands of dollars on the boats, trucks etc. that we all do in pusuit of our pastimes should not be so irresponsible that they don't have all the equipment that the law states they need.

Besides, if people don't like this free country why don't they try living somewhere else.

I wonder how the trophy walleye fishing is in the Middle East.

Markus,

how did you ever become so "intuitive" and so completely wrong at the same time? Perhaps you should consider verifying your thoughts before pointing fingers at the wrong people.

Eyes are Us,

You may now take a deep breath and relax - I was not kidnapped. I am just not as active as others when it comes to making posts. Perhaps someone could answer this question: Do floatation suits "expire"? In other words, can an OPP officer ticket me on the water for wearing a floatation suit that he feels too "old"? (therefore ineffective). How would he know just by looking at it? I have heard rumors of people being ticketted for this reason this Fall.
