Based on forecast and your experience with ice how long till its gone would like to get out in the boat for pike on the bay before end of march

If we get some winds and the continuing high temps, it should be gone in a couple weeks - Max.

PS Travelled around today, open water from Telegraph Narrows to Forresters Is. Long Reach from the cables to the ferry and all of Hay Bay is iced (not very good looking though)

I thought pike was closed in the bay until first Saturday in may

I use to think pike was the same season as walleye growing up didnt realize it was open till end of March a few years ago
