With a month left until the opener i just had a peek at their site and it seems the prize packages are slowly being updated. As mentioned on other posts the actual date is later this year falling on May 7th. It should be a better year for fishing for a couple reasons. One is that there is a fairly large year class of fish from 2013 (I think the year is right) that will show up as a catch-able size, good for the frying pan . The other reason is the spawn is well underway so that lull that usually happens just after the spawn should have passed by then putting the fish in a hungry mood (i hope). On the other side of the coin the big girls maybe already out in the big lake??? Anyway here is the link to their site. Buy a ticket online or at one of the listed Retailers. http://www.kiwaniswalleyeworld.com/

A little off topic, I purchased my ticket online and the ticket was emailed to me, if I show that ticket on my phone at a weigh station if I catch a big fish, does that count? or do I need a paper copy of the ticket? I didn't see anywhere that it says to print, but that doesn't mean its not on there somewhere.

I've always printed one and kept on me. Wouldn't want phone to be dead or something and cost me a boat
