i have not tried this year but last year was a bust no fish,not sure where they all went, maybe the zebra mussels have something to do with it.30 years we used to get some nice big ones.Sure miss though days.

They probably left along with all the smallmouth bass and pike. Bay is devoid of many species that once inhabited the waters. Sheephead have moved in by the millions and the smallmouth and pike seem to have split.... Crayfish have all but disappeared as well.

I haven't caught one in years. I use to get them the odd time on rice lake but it's been a long time since I've even seen one.

I get them every year. Wait for it to be warm a couple days and a little murky water and there is still lots in the bay

Parliament Foodland in Foxboro off highway 62 is selling fresh cleaned mud cats right from the local fisherman cleaned the day they order them they are selling fast and furious get them before they are gone this season is usually short and sweet.
