A quick fishing week update for all:

The WalleyeWon Crew of 6 (2 boats) just finished our annual week of Fins and Skins Competition this past week. Golfed at Loyalist in Bath and fished from Thomson's Point to Mohawk Bay including Hay Bay.
We had limited success catching some 22 Walleye mostly 12-16" class which bodes well for the future. A few 2.5-3Lbs made it to the fish fry.
Erie Deeries seemed to be the ticket for us trolling at 1.35-1.5 MPH in 14-23ft, a few caught on worm harness spinners and bottom bouncers and a few more caught drift jigging with same with a couple of split shots.

A pleasant surprise with a 7.5lb Sheepie.
We ran out of Worms jigging off Shermans Point and took a chance at docking at Perfect Vue to find they have plenty and lively too!

In any case despite the small size a most enjoyable week, weather cooperated with a few winds to deal with.

The bigger Walleye definitely Won this time!

Sounds like you had a good time. Weather held for you.
Try picking up your speed a bit for the Erie Dearies. 1.7 to 2.2

regards
