From Jim Hoyle, Biologist administering the Diary program
"Hi Anglers,
I now have 20 volunteer Anglers signed up for the diary program. Thanks to all of you and good luck fishing! I could use a few more volunteers so please pass on my contact information to anyone who might be interested."There musrt be a few more out there who can volunteer. Its as simple as measuring and recording your catch. The MNR send you the diary to record in and all you do is fill out the page each time you go fishing. At the end of the season hand it back in. The data you provide is very helpful and gives the MNR one more piece of the puzzle to help understand and manage the fishery we all enjoy. Here is Jim Hoyles info. Just send him an email.
