Just a quick update for anyone interested.

Hit Presqu'ile Bay over the weekend. Spent most of the time running bottom bouncers with harnesses and worms.

Some silver bass and pics down at the Murray. Small guys mostly. Whole ton of perch throughout the bay.

Hooked into a 36"+ pike out in the bay near the lighthouse, but lost him when he sheared the harness line. Brought in a 28" on a popper in the evening. Brought in a 32" on a harness out near the lighthouse again the next morning. Dad lost a harness without even feeling the weight as well. A few decent walleye hits throughout as well, though only one tiny one in the boat.

That cold front that came through didn't seem to slow them down too much, but water temps in the bay dropped about 5 degrees F at the surface from Friday evening to Sunday morning.
