We have a trip booked for Feb.9-10-11 to Hay Bay.
We would be fishing east of Ram Island maybe 1-2 km
Any idea how the ice is in that location and what about the area around Ram Island.
Thanks

Hay Bay had really opened up around Ram Island and east and west from there. As of Monday morning there was new ice on all the open spots on Hay Bay.

I would guess, if it stays cold you should be good.

I'd use a spud to get around.

Good luck
