I have a couple groups of friends coming from out of the area to meetings.
They asked if they should bring the boat.

1) What are conditions at the boat launch ramp at the ferry ?
2) Did the launches in Trenton ice over with the cold snap we had sunday & monday ?
3) Did the Bath ramp remain open ?

Al

Boats were launching at Bath on Monday. Adolphus Reach and Picton Bay were all open Monday. I doubt that they froze. I wouldn't count on the ferry ramp. It's a little sheltered and probably froze. Don't know about Trenton.

The Bath ramp has a big hole in it on, I think the right side. They say if you hit it you can lose a tire.

Thanks guys for the PMs and replies.
The ferry launch is a no go.
Trenton has iced in at the Ontario St. launch and Bath was open monday.
Haven't heard if it is still open.

Friday at noon, Finkles and the whole area is wide open Al. Keep two feet to the left off the side of the steel grate and you will miss the hole.
