10:54 am - 9 Feb 2017South Frontenac stations 7,8 - Loughborough lake bridge - possible Ice water rescue - time 13:53

11:09 am - 9 Feb 2017 South Frontenac Fire Rescue responding to something in the water, Perth road at Loughborough bridge. Hopefully false alarm.

11:20 am - 9 Feb 2017 U/D object has been spotted in the ice off shore rescue team has been deployed and is entering the ice

11:31 am - 9 Feb 2017 U/D rescue crews have located a submerged snow machine in Loughborough lake

11:33 am - 9 Feb 2017 responders have located a snow machine submerged in the water.

12:32 pm - 9 Feb 2017 Responders still at Loughborough Lake following discovery of submerged snow machine earlier today.

From my understanding someones sled went threw the ice they marked the spot to come back and get it and someone found the hole before they came back and called it in so SF Fire and Rescue. I dont know for sure but from what i read no one went in with the machine. This was what a bystander who was at the scene said

Edit : just saw it was at Perth rd Bridge. And that theyve been water skipping lately. More then likely leftover from the water skippers
