I went out last night to check the ice in the bay by my house and it still had 10" of good ice, but that is only in the protected bay. It is open water past the bay and the water is flowing through there fast. You could hardly see the red bouy , it had maybe a foot waving in the current. Any current areas are a big no go and with last night's rain, it would be even faster deterioration of any ice that is left.
