West Lake conditions

My wife and I rented a cottage this weekend up at the Sand Banks and I was wondering if anyone had any insight on how the walleye bite is. We came up last year but the weather was a bit rough, so we're hoping that our luck has changed for this year.

Was an excellent opener. It's a good year so far.

Our guests here did really well, nothing big, I think the biggest here was 7 or so pounds. I went out this evening for an hour and caught two around 3lbs.
