If you are launching in Wellington, the launch is underwater with about 4" out until the ramp 20' back. The county put up barriers stating that the launch is closed. Talking to the guy he didn't care if you move the barrier to get your boat in, but bring your rubber boots or you will not be able to get to the dock when your boat is in without a soaker.
