just wondering about any members who have this fish finder or has used them, looking for their reviews and personal opinion. I am looking to upgrade my basic lowrance on my 17ft finncraft fibreglass and also wondering if either option makes a difference being in a fibre glass boat.

Humminbird Helix5 GPS G2 or Humminbird Helix5 Di G2

or any other suggestions

thanks in advance

my problem is that the boat is fibreglass and where the current finder is now I don't think it would fit a 7 inch and I really don't want to make any other holes.

there are a number of after market fishfinder mounts. Give Lawren at Radioworld a call and send him a picture of your dash . Im sure he can look at it and recommend something that will fit.
