Headed out with another lad at about 3 in the afternoon, within 5 minutes we landed our first Walter around 2 lbs. And it didn't stop for the next three hours! In total we landed 28 with almost half being around 3 lb mark. Our largest was touch over 4lbs. We also caught around 8 sheep head no monsters just bait stealers.. I am pretty confident if we would have stayed n kept at it past dark we would have landed another 20 easily. I've fished the bay since I was kid and have never seen numbers n size like that before. Trolling spinners in an undisclosed location lol after plenty of skunk fests i now c what quinte can produce. I've talked to alot of older boys who went on about numbers n size in the past but figured half the tales were just that tales. Dont think there tall tales anymore. Oh n the 28 didn't include the 4 we lost at the boat !!

Been a great year on the Bay.

I was surprised how many big sunfish there are.
