not sure yet. My initial thoughts were

the good = Cabela's has a good online ordering website, in Canadian dollars, no duty or shipping BS whereas Bass Pro didn't. Hopefully Bass Pro puts their product line out there easier for Canadians to access using the existing Cabelas website.

the bad = less competition so pricing war won't exist
