i usually only get out after work. so i get out by about 7:30 and fish to 9. try casting big number 12 crankbaits
on rock piles like big island shoal or any others in that area. every fish i have caught this year has been in less than 10 feet of water. i also jig in about 10-12feet but almost all fish have been caught casting.

I have not been out for about 3 weeks now so if you try this let me know how it works..

I was just there. Im New to that area so getting to know it, I saw some good marks at the trench leading to the bridge bait balls all around same areas 14 to 17 ftow I didn't spend enough time fishing just scouting the area. The area that leads to the river has good green cattail and lot of them.
