went to buy the predator suit last night and at the last minute changed my mind and bought the guardian. It has the floatation like all the strikers suits but found it less bulky and definitely easier on the pocket book. Will post back once I ve had a few outings with it.

Damn, now I'm questioning my decision! lol. I usually fish with a pop-up and a buddy heater so I can usually ditch the jacket after a while so I wanted a warm jacket for use while heading out/setting up and tearing down mostly. If the bibs are too bulky I may end up mix and matching the guardian bibs with the predator jacket. I'll post back about the Predator as well! I'm hoping to head out on boxing day for the first time out if conditions are good!

Gone Fishin,
I think it will be fine. For years now I've been using the frabil storm suit for fall and ice fishing and no complaints. The zipper on the frabil jacket recently broke which was my excuse to find a replacement suit.
