is the ice bad.? i need a honest opinion ,it is not worth it if ice is not safe. huffs area and shermans point.this sat.-mon. thanks guys.

we are going in the morning
been contacted by sunset cabins today ice is fine and getting colder.
this bodes well for us
although it is quite a way from shermans

If you feel like sitting on the ice for 6 hrs and maybe get 1 hit, then come on up. You'd be better off fishing other lakes that have a larger walleye population (however much smaller size fish) to keep your interests high. From all reports, it has been quite slow for over a week.

PS - don't you like posts where people do not even respond to your question? Good thing is that you are welcome to the board.......

the fishing is not as bad as some believe , there are lots of fish being caught
