went out Monday morning 3 guys 7 - 11 a.m. marked very few and no fish. had my camera down and didn't even see a perch. another fellow said he marked lots but not takers. went for crappie in the afternoon and they cooperated with 20 coming home with us. Sled is in the shop so limited to where we can walk and the slush was bad last night ... may go back to Huff's this aft. need a short walk. Is the walleye bite off right now?

Thanks for the report.
How was the ice out there?
How much slush are we talking about? I’m bringing the sled up this week

My cousin lives close to the bay. He was there last week and said the bite was good early week and then towards the end it slowed down. Def less fish being reported compared to the last few weeks. Maybe the warmup and the following freeze will get them goin again. Try some shallower areas. I was hearing 16 feet was a good number to start at if that helps at all. Good luck bro!

ice is good where I was at Huffs, probably 8 inches black and 3 white. about 8 portable huts set up. slush wasn't bad but lots of snow fell Monday so might be worse now.
