Title says it all...This is the 3rd (maybe 4th) weekend in a row with a cold front coming thru. Only another 15 years before retirement when I can pick my days to get out!!! Does anybody think cold fronts affect ice fishing in a negative way?? Any comments??

I am in the same boat planning on coming out tomorrow. I am just hoping that the less than desirable weather we have had yesterday and today didn't impact the ice on the bay. It would be a shame to make the drive only to turn around and come back on account of bad ice. Anyone local know how the ice is holding up? Looking forward to the freeze up again this afternoon and evening and the minus temps again. Rain in the winter and plus 11 just isn't right!!!

Anybody driving a distance should take caution Big flash freeze warnings overnight and calling for 5-10 of snow starting tonight Might be some scary driving conditions especially out here near the lake Id guess the ice is going to be refrozen and maybe a slick walk out
