They were hitting all over on sat and sun. But have turned off a bit . Good ice in many traditional areas . Ice is a little unpredictable around bridges and higher curent areas . Good luck.

thanks for reply duber.
WE have decided to stay relatively local this friday and try simcoe one more time.
its a 2 1/2 hour drive to Quinte,1 hour to simcoe, so its gonna be whites and lakers I hope.
Last year at this time cottager and I landed 2 over 30" off Shermans ,3 weeks back it was disappointing to put it mildly.
But it is a beautiful spot anyway.
But due to time constraints yada yada yada. lol
SEE you all on May opener FOR SURE!!!!
