Does anyone know of any boat launches that the ice has already come out of and would allow for a boat to be put into to get out onto lake Ontario. Any help is Appreciated

I am looking to drag Mux out this weekend and would love to get out for some gold. My preference would be in the area of the telegraph narrows if there is ramp open to put in a 18ft boat.

I was in the village of Bath yesterday, Feb 21, which put me just east of finkles. The north channel there is pretty well 95% solid ice with a 50 meter wide channel of open water here and there. No hope of launching a boat in these parts but the ice is definitely not safe either. A big blow off Lake O might start to open up the Upper Gap but even if it does there is likely to be lots of floe ice moving around.
