Went out this morning. Beautiful day, really calm. Cold at -5c.

Started trolling Long Reach near Prinyers. Marking some fish around 60 ft.. No hits. Went towards to the gap.

Not marking anything in the gap. Followed another boat out into the lake. Trolled maybe 10 minutes and a hit.

Landed my first Lake Trout. Pretty exciting, going to have to get a bigger net.

32 inches and 11 pounds. A few pic.'s and back in the water.

Didn't mark any fish in the gap my entire time there. Lots of ducks flying. More Pintails than I've ever seen at one time.

Shortly after the wind kicked up so headed back. The English River and another ship were heading out. Pretty impressive.
