Was out with PefectlyPat on Sunday AM and fished around Gosport with about 20 other boats, talked to some who had landed some, but no size. Ended the morning on the Hay Bay Middle Shoal, with a 15 incher as a result.
Monday AM, we headed up the Bay and fished McCabe Bay for a couple passes, landing a couple small eyes and some nice perch. Headed up to the flats where a large number of boats were fishing ALL over.
Made our way towards the boat ramp and fished the growing weeds, I landed an 18incher and as we were reeling in to head back, both of us hooked fish, a Double Header!!!! Unfortunately, they were both small pike.
Both days were nice to be on the water, with some results, nothing to write home about.
All fish hooked and landed on the Uzick Spinner (Orange & Chartreuse)
