Quinte Fishing

Launched out of picton harbor this morning. Started looking around for some favorite weed edges and found they are still behind a bit. After trying that for a bit put on the spinners and worms on the planer boards presented high in the water column and the fish didn't disappoint. Boated 20 for the day with a few lost boatside. They were pretty aggressive with lots of clicker rips. Most were 3+ and the biggest 2 of the day were over 5lbs. No monsters but a solid day of good fishing. They liked the bright colors and faster speeds.

Nice hopefully this year is as good as last, last year myself and another guy landed 24 within two hours trolling weed edge around Thompson's point.. couldn't keep them off

That's excellent Dan. This year or spring has been a banner one.
