Spoke to Cataraqui Conservation today.
The original dock was lost in that big windstorm and not recovered.
A new dock has been built and they hope to have it in place within a week or two.
I also asked about the big log that drifted in beside the ramp. Makes a bit of a challenge shore launching.
They don't plan on moving it, as somehow it's the municipalities responsibility. I think there was some sort of misunderstanding in the conversation.
If I can, I might try and move the log tomorrow.
It'll be nice to have the dock back.
