Keeps ya busy... check and clean all lines every 15 minutes or so.

We had another fun morning but frustrating also. 4 for 7. Pulled lines at 9am. Off the water early.

A friend is still out they are slaying them. Last I heard 11 landed. 6 over 20

Nice Bobber, that bow almost looks like a coho. Tail looks forked in the pic.

After a not so successful trip last Thursday going 2 for 8. (Landed a high teens and rainbow) Today I had full intentions of putting some kings on ice.

We had 4 guys in the boat and had lots of different rods for options. My planned location was "south" of the bonnet(sorry guys).

We started with moonshines on the riggers and glow flies on wire/dipsy's. With a little more light up we switched to shoehorns and different flies with paddles instead of Drs

We pulled lines around 10:30/45 and had gone 12 or 13 for 16 or 17. We lost some good fish.

May be my last trip for salmon.

Was a late start for us at 8 am.
Trolled straight out of Wellington with no luck.
Headed closer to the bonnet and took one 90 on the rigger
With mixed veg nk mag.
Weighed in at 22lbs

We were out mon pm and Tues am.
Only managed 3/5.
Rescued a boat with a blown motor on our way in Tues. Small accident while alongside them led to me going for a rough ride and a swim...
All good in the end. All my guests caught a fish and I consider that a success.

I was invited out with some friends yesterday. We were able to boat 15 salmon and 1 rainbow.

We worked a couple different pieces of structure to keep the rods popping. No one area produced more fish.

We didnt have to put lures real deep and fished from 100 fow to over 200 fow

Thanks guys for the opportunity to fish off that giant custom pontoon.
