Was out for a visit to the trailer on Hay Bay and drove around the River Road from Napanee to Bayview Resort.

The Napanee River is still bank to bank, kids still have their skating rinks out on the ice.

Mohawk Bay from what I could see from the road was frozen across, but there shadows on the ice around Forresters Island. There appeared to be open water from the Big Bridge down to Forresters also, kinda hard to see thru the trees and houses.

Long Reach is icebound with shadows out near the middle, especially near Huff Road.

Hay Bay is covered and shows some signs of those shadows or probably thin patches of ice. Ice covered all the way to the very east end.

Looks like it will be a while til we see soft water.

All I gotta say is it can't come soon enough. I wonder if sometimes I'm crazy it's all I can think about is getting back in the boat :(
