Oh ya I tried Ivo's recipe from Thundermist lures and it was friggin awesome
Though I used deboned pike in mine, I find it has a bit firmer texture

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAzuAPOB5UQ

1 leek (sliced thin)
3 strips of Bacon (cut into bite-size pieces)
1/2 carrot - grated
2 celery stalks - chopped into small pieces
3 spring onions (scallions) - cut into small pieces
4 small potatoes - cubed into bite-size pcs (should be about 4 cups worth)
1 lb fish fillet - cut into bite-sized pieces (any fish will do but cod or haddock are excellent choices)
500 ML Fish Stock (or chicken stock)
2 corn on the cob, grilled, then cut the corn off the cob
1 400 ML can coconut milk
Old bay Blackening Seasoning to taste (or use any other blackening spice - or just use black pepper)
Gumbo Filet - use 1/8 tsp and blend into 1 TBSP of water

Use your walleye , shrimp, crab meat and Knorrs Hollandaise Sauce Mix.Brown the the walley ,shrimp if not pre cooked.Make the sauce as per directions .Put all the fish in individual oven bowls, season with old bay ,cover the bowls with the sauce ,bake in oven at 375 till it boils , after it comes to boil put any cheese in the bowls till it melts, sharp cheese is good.

I use the remains of a filet Walley after you filet it you use the carcus and throw in the stock pot ( as many as the bay have given up) along with rough chopped Onions carrots & celery salt & pepper. simmer this for about on hour. then strain the broth and throw away the veg. then I return the the straind veg. to a larger pot and cut up potatoes celery onions carrots. and let it boil to the veg. are done

I’ll add to the recipe below: also include 1/2 lbs semi crisp bacon, a can of cream corn, a can of diced tomatoes, 1 cup frozen peas, 1 can of Campbell’s tomatoes soup and a cup of 1/2 and 1/2 cream. If you don’t have Walleye, you can use cod or haddock
