How’s it going everyone!? First time posting and only my third time fishing the quinte! I just wanted to see what’s everyone’s thoughts on this weather and do you think it could affect our fishing trip on the 23rd and 24th when speaking about ice? I know it’s been cold but I’m here in Virginia and it’s always hard to judge big bodies of water and ice. Thank you everyone for your future input and any input is always a plus too! Tight lines!

It's highly unlikely that there will be Ice on the Bay that early.

There will be open water for sure. Even if picton harbour froze you could launch at ferry or bath.

Probably no ice on the water but the rams could have ice on them - wouldn't hurt to have some salt with you to lay down -
