Just heard about a couple of people going through the ice out off point Anne. I don't know all the details about location , but they are both safe . The confusing thing is the post I read said Picton hospital was getting a hot tank ready to treat hypothermia , but if they were off point Anne I would think BGH would obviously be way closer.

When you take point Anne road from hiway 2 it comes to a 3 way stop. Those fishing big bay turn east. These guys turned West and tried to get on the ice in the narrows. High current area and dangerous most times unless it's been a real cold winter. Glad they are okay

Theres a pic on bay of quinte 360 page of guy helping boys who fell through,,,does not look fun. Apparently they were seen by guys driving by who stopped to help. So the story goes..

That picture is from Bobcaygeon/Fenlon Falls area,thanks to the guy who risked his life to save them,fireman said the boys probably made it if knot for him.
