You drive East down old #2 highway and turn right or south on Point Anne Rd (17). you go a km or so and you hit a T, at the T you go left until road ends. This road will travel east from the T and eventually turn and go south to the water a few hundred meters west of the boat dock (industrial). The ice at this location is usually pretty good in comparison to the rest of the bay. You can essentially travel straight south and set up any where in the middle. I have caught fish all over Big Bay so not sure you need a spot on a spot. One word of caution if you were to make a right at the T junction you could also gain access to the Bay however this exit is closer to the West end of Big bay and if you look at a map you will see it is narrower and thus more current (i.e less ice).
