Quinte Fishing

Looking to make my first trip to Canada. Any suggestions on where to go and stay? How is the walleye fishing this year?

I am sure many would love to assist but missing some key info in your question. For example when are you coming,,are you planning on coming in the next 6 days as ice fishing ends next Friday in the Bay of Quinte? Looking for open water fishing or Ice? Is your question limited to the Bay of Quinte? I think a bit more details may assist others in answering your questions.

Agreed, there is a lot more info that is needed. When are where- as pointed out, walleye fishing in zone 20 ends March 1st. To the north in 15, it's March 15. You'll also need to get your non-resident fishing license which can range from $30.02 for and 8 day conservation license to $51.38 for an 8 day sport. If you are looking at renting a hut, keep in mind most of the permanent huts need to be off the ice by March 15, but in zones 17 & 20 they need to be off by March 1st. You'd also want to check out the regs to see what may be in season and where. Lots of questions...but good luck.
