Got the boat in the water yesterday at Shermans Launch and fired the big motor up headed to the dock (put in Saturday in he snow and rain - what a crappy day), notwithstanding, the graph was on and I noticed the water temps in18' of water - 57 Degs F.

Headed up Hay Bay and passing Ram Island, the temp was 55 Degs F.

Got to the dock and just before landing the temp was 53 Degs F.

Will be anxious to see the temps in Long Reach and beyond - have to wait til Saturday.

Another note - was at the boat this afternoon and fired uop the kicker and took the temp on the graph - 51 Degs F in 6 feet of water.

F Y I

Play Safe on the opener, the boat you hit might be mine.

Hi Superdad Mike AKA lundfury... great to know the temps thanks for the info you are always a great source for info with a wealth of knowledge I live in Trenton but I usually do the opener out in the county anywhere from Picton Bay Hay Bay waupoos and if weather super crap I’ve even done East and West lakes.... I Fished way back in Hay Bay just past Pickerel Park and back down to Ram and only managed 1 of each Pike and walleye both under slot released to grow bigger, well I looked for tag first of course ;) the water level up in Trenton I’m assuming same out your way? Did you see any big marks or you figure most big girls already back to big lake with those temps?
