Yes it does.
You take the Mountain Rd from Tamworth or the Wagerville Rd. from Parham and they turn into Fifth Lake Rd..
The launch isn't marked but it's on a loop that's at the western end of the lake off Fifth Lake Rd. and pretty easy to find.
"Warning"
There's two gravel ramps. The bigger ramp at the east end of the loop has a big drop off. You might not see it from shore but if you back a trailer over it, you'll be in trouble. Canoes and kayaks aren't a problem. The smaller ramp at the west end is the one I used but it's pretty skinny and lots of bushes around it. A bit of a challange getting the boat back on the trailer. You'll probably want boots.
Once you launch there's some pretty big rocks near both ramps. If you take it slow you should be fine.
