It’s just above. Not great for launching either, you’ll have all 4 tires in the water by the time you get the boat off. You’d be better off to use finkles.

Just went by Collins Bay. As BigMac said, there was a truck with a tandem trailer both well wet and the water was only half way up the trailer wheels.
