I personally try to find some deeper milfoil weeds this time of year. From 8-12 feet roughly. I personally love flipping a 3/4 ounce black and blue jog with a chunk on it. Or a 10” worm on a 1/2 ounce pegged weight.

No.
The water is just starting to tip the 80 degree mark in the afternoon the big girls tend to move deeper in the hotter summer. There is still a ton of fish that stay shallow in the weeds that’s for sure.
