Surprisingly they did get a response back but not the one they wanted.

Its hard to say weather its the plan thats causing the highwater levels or is it mother nature?

If it can be proven that the water levels is a man-made issue (how can this be proven is the big question), I wonder if the home owners can launch a class-action lawsuit against IJC? I'm sure a wily law firm would be happy to take this on. House insurance often does not include flood damage, and those waterfront home owners have pay out of their pocket.
