First time to BOQ. Was hoping to find some nice eating size walley and then some photo opportunities of the famed BOQ fall walley. Was figuring east of the ferry, and along the reach to the gap (if weather cooperates) but any tips/suggestions would be appreciated! Can down rig or planers, assuming will have to go deep to find the bigger gals?

The big gals you’re looking for are migrating walleye. Which means they will be in schools and migrating up the bay. Break lines found anywhere from 50 100 fow can produce fish. You don’t need to go deep. Most of the active fish are in the upper column. Planner boards are essential to catching these. Good luck
