Good day!

I'm planning to go ice fishing in Big Bay from south end toward to red buoy by Sunday Jan 19.

I assume all reasonable precautions.
I have all safety gears. And I'll stay away from currents.

Does anybody know the thickness of ice there now?
Do you think there will be at least 3 inches of ice in that area by Sunday?

Thanks in advance for advice.
No obligations. I'd take the risk if any on my own.

Someone was trolling around Shermans yesterday, ice covered down this way this morning, but no way it's safe. With the impending snow coming tomorrow it will really slow the ice making down.
