hey guys if ya have a minute and wanna check out a few nice quinte walleye pulled out from our day trip sunday check out our newest vid, lots of other BOQ videos on our youtube channel as well , cheers

was a great day trip we managed to ice 6 fish and i got broke off by a giant, big fish of the day was 11.5
ice was very sketchy we spudded each step, i was fishing 4 inches of ice with about 1 inch of white, and other spots were 3 inches so i wouldn't recommend fishing there after this warm up i had about an inch of water on the ice out of my hole by the end of the day but that being said made it out to 27 feet of water without falling through
the top producing lure was a vibrato and buckshot came second

Thank you for sharing Jigging4gold. Been a tough year, nice to see someone having some luck. Ice at Huff's has been very sketchy this year, assuming due to the current? Did you notice if current is still high or is closer to normal? Just curious, trying to figure out the ice as it has been very thin in places on the West side as well this year, with more current than normal, though last week it seemed to be getting back to what I am used to seeing at this time of year.

yeah no doubt the current was strong at times did the typical huffs current switch a few times during the day sometimes my transduce hole was as far as 3 feet away then the current would switch and i have to change my jigging hole with my duper hole because it was carrying my jig behind me , always seems to do the flipflop at some point in the day there tho id say there was no more current than i am used to seeing while fishing there over the years. one thing i would say is I've never seen the current switch directions so many times, in all directions I've never had the current go shore to shore before and there were times when it was blowing my jigs that way,
