Opening date on BOQ changes?

I was just going through the 2020 regs. To me it looks like the boundries between zones 18 and 20 have changed and that the opening dates have moved.

Is it just me ? Any MNR people out there to let me know?

Zone 20 opens 1st Sat in May same as always. Zone 18 2nd sat in May.

I might be nitpicking here, but what zone would Big Bay be ?
