Took the kids today from 8am-230pm. Started slow but ended well. Once the wind switched to south it was go time. Of note, 9 boats were casting/trolling the red can at shermans.

Worm harnesses were the answer today. Only one fish on a flicker shad. All in we boated 8 eyes, lost 4 others and caught a large pike, prob 8-9 lbs. water temp was 66-67 at shermans and the reach.

Friends of mine were also in that area and they did real well ( landed 7 eyes) biggest was 5lbs.

Let's see if they're still there today.
