Hey guys, my old account got deleted , I was wondering anyone out on the big lake in the eastern basin catching any kings? Fish on.

I have not been out to the Bonnet yet, but we got 5 Kings last weekend out of Wicklow, so they are heading East.

I was under the impression from talking to vets who fish the east section of lake o that fish migrate westerly

Nope. Start on south shore, round Niagara, GTA , Port Hope, Wellington..

I disagree. The pattern was this way for a number of years but has changed according to DEC and OMNRF. They are of the opinion that migration movement has changed due to prevailing wind changes (sw flow is not as predominant in the last decade), pen rearing locations and bait movement.

Gotta agree with Mitch.

We're North shore PEC, and the Charter Guy (Dave Chatterton) just showed up a week or so back. The Walleye follow Baitfish Schools from East to West, and are here now.

Disclaimer: can't say we saw them personally; waiting on a new Finder arriving Tuesday for that. However, if Dave is here, so are the Fish.
