Launched at Des and zipped over to Sherman's point lines in the water by 9:00. Counted 14 boats when we started and figured this was a pretty good indication the bite was on. By 11:30 we had landed 10 pickerel and had 2 in the well...tiny,tiny,tiny..i have never experienced anything quite like it. 13"er after 13"er...Moved out further past the red buoy and picked up a couple 16's Okay here we go things are gonna pick up...WRONG...back to the wee ones. Don't get me wrong I'll take today over a SKUNK every time but .....well you get the picture. Days total 15 pickerel (kept 4), 2 sheepheads ( had a 1st timers with me and he thought they were fun???). All fish caught on a white Earie Dearie and orange Uzick spinner tipped with crawlers. Hope the bigguns get hungry soon.

They're still there, deep in the weeds.

Was out Monday as well. Day was pretty much a carbon copy of yours. Lots of lifters but didn't need the net all day except for the 36" Sheephead.

There are reports of some MONSTER Sheepies being caught, they sure pull hard, a friend almost got spooled, he had to chase it and it was close to 20lbs.

I haven't caught a sheaphead under 10lbs this year. The last 2 weeks have been especially active having many double digit days, usually in the 12 to 15lb range. Nice to have a decent fight between the walleye.
