We went out Saturday AM around 0800, passed by Mallory, counted 15 boats, we fished NW of Q6, trolling cranks, lost a hit, landed a lifter, switched to Uzicks and worms, landed 3 or 4 more and headed off to Thompsons, my fish companion had the hot colour - Charteuse and out fished me by 8-9 to 1.

Last fish of the day was a nice 19 incher, 3.5 lbs.

Boats all over the place, Bygotts Bay, Carnigan Bay, Mallory, Shermans.

Reports from Sunday were slow as the wind was really blowing, one boat hit 14 fish,, with 6 nice keepers at Kingscourt, drifting as trolling was bouncy, bouncy....

Stay Tuned
