Hey Jamie99,
I went out from Waupoos at 1:00 Friday, till 7. Tried Green Island, but a storm came in & my boat's just 15'. Then mostly N & NE shore Waupoos Is....also Smith Bay. I'm a caster...love feeling the hit. Got about 8 pike between 5-9 lb., and a bonus smallmouth. So much fun !! The 15' depth seemed to be the ticket. 5 diamonds, red/white, and a couple of deep diving plugs...purple/chrome.

Nice day trip, Turk32 - Sounds like you were l locked in.
Funny, you were pulling out as I was pulling into the marina on Friday. I offered to help, which you clearly didn't need because you had your boat on the trailer and out of the water before I could even get my blower switched on.. ha!
Was out for a quick coffee-and-troll on Sunday morning. Caught one pike (well, truthfully, my wife caught one) about 5 lbs between the island and the marina.
All the best - good luck through the fall,
Dano

Hiya Billy-boy:

Haven't talked for a while, nice to see you're still hammering them.

Talk soon, hopefully on the high Seas.

Hugs, Wordpecker

Legacy: THANK YOU so much!

For Dan, and All Folks; sincere APOLOGIES for hi-jacking the post for a personal message to The Turkey Man. Our old Laptop was having a real BAD day, and there was no alternate way to message him.

It will NOT happen again. Promise.

We're also gonna edit the thing so nobody has to wade thru it any longer.

Thanks to you ALL, this is one GREAT Forum. More Kudos to Dan.

Hugs to Everyone, Wordpecker
