Launched on saturday out of waupoos and headed out to the islands. The fish have definitely moved off. Didnt mark but a few schools and no takers. A buddy in his boat landed one eye at 6lbs on the jointed HJ. The smallies were very willing to play. I did mark some smallies out deep but found a few over 5lbs in 12 ft of water. Speaking of water the lake is slowly clearing but still has the green tinge.
Good luck to the others out there.

Was out on Friday and fished from Portsmouth Harbour up to Cold Bath Shoal and around Howe Island areas, looking for smallies.

Only 1 with a small pike before the SW winds blew up.

Didn't mark much but was still an awesome day on the water.

Cheers,

Paul

The eyes are making their way in now. Need the water temps to drop to get the fishing going. Too bad lakers are closed. Lots of fun to get them shallow in December when they reopen.
