One of my fishing partners invited me on a Muskie hunt last weekend. Can’t get into fine detail due to the secret nature of musky guys. I will say it was a trip of a life time ending in 3 fish. First fish was a fat 46 incher followed short time later by a 48 inch beast. The next day fulfilled my dream of putting a 50 plus incher on my fish catching resumes. A 53 inch st Lawrence monster. I fish with bunch of like minded fishing maniacs and it’s great when we can share fishing info, different techniques and fish species patterns to catch great fish. Image

Nice fish congrats. Musky is my #1 chase but I still have not bested my 47" inch as of yet. Have not fished the Larry yet but maybe someday. Again NICE <*)}}}}}<

Yep...It's that time of year for the Larry to cough up some monsters. Nice and clean looking fish. Well done.
Anytime you can put your PB in the net, is a good day on the water.

So much for the musky being the fish of a thousand casts. Those are amazing fish and apparently your friend has catching them dialed in pretty good. Thanks for sharing your monster musky pictures. The guy holding the fish sure looks pretty happy. Well done Bob. I always enjoy your posts.

Cheers!

Thanks to all. It’s wasn’t an easy trip nor the first. Just great result on a lot of hard work. They say a picture says 1000 words. Image

Trolling or casting? I find most musky fisherman on the Larry as trollers...

Casting until arm felt like it was going to fall off then trolled. Both methods worked.
